Happy ! 🐶 Keep your furry friend hydrated and cool during our warming New Zealand days. Add a few ice cubes to their water bowl, or try our cool-down treats/chews, cooling mats or do some frozen enrichment💧❄️

For our small animal friends you can freeze a plastic water bottle and put it in their hutch for them to lay next to and cool off 🐰🐹

Amazing family bringing something special to our community ☺️🥰

We’re incredibly thankful to have the team Ryan, Ruby & Leo from , and Paul (who can only be renowned as the greatest insect expert in NZ guiding us on our butterfly journey. They popped out tonight to check out the progress and answer more of our questions. 👀

Ryan, Ruby and Paul have been supporting us from the very beginning, with their past experience and expertise in all things zoo keeping, habitats and butterflies.

We want to ensure we’re learning EVERYTHING we can to follow best practice to keep our caterpillars and butterflies - safe, happy and most importantly, HEALTHY 💚 We are working against a tonne of pests/predators, and some awful butterfly viruses, but we’re feeling pretty equipped under some expert guidance.

Ryan and Ruby are so lovely, supportive, and theyre the AMAZING local owners in Huapai. 🐶Please pop in to visit them if you haven’t already, we’d love for you to support those who support us. 🫶
