To all of our customers with open orders - please be patient we are doing our best! We appreciate you all and just ask that you bear with us whilst we play catch up.
We have had quite an influx of orders come in over the past weeks and trying to source timber proved quite difficult with lockdown restrictions - now that we have sourced all of our materials we are just trying to get back up to speed...
We haven't forgotten about anybody and try to keep you all up to date but sometimes with lots of orders and us only having a small team, communication can occasionally slip whilst we are knuckling down trying to finish outstanding orders and keep up with new ones.
