Well home and starting to recover from the big weekend away at the National Cavy Show. What a fab show it was hosted by Mana Cavy Club in Wellington. Mc Cloud Cavies did themselves proud. Congradulations to Durham stud for Best in show and Oakleigh Stud Reserve in Show. Mc Cloud Stud was hot on your tail with 3rd in Show with a gorgous Sheltie Sow Mc Cloud Carnival who was also Best 5-9 months in Show. Best bred by Exhibitor 5-9, Best Longcoat in Show and Best of breed Sheltie. Mc Cloud Brazen an U/5 self Buff was Reserve best U/5 in Show. best U/5 self and best of breed self buff. Reserve of group crested and best American crested was won with my D/e gold american sow. Reserve of group ticked with an U/5 silver agouti sow. Mc Cloud stud also had best of breed self lilac,self saffron,self cream dark eye. Reserve of breed self buff,de cream,lilac,saffron,silver agouti and black roan. All in all a great achievement for Mc Cloud Stud.

Best in Show with My beautiful Sheltie Sow McCloud Festival at the waikato Cavy Club Show on Saturday. Very proud! Also best of group ticked with my U/5 silver agouti. Was a fantastic bustling show great to catch up with everyone. Congratulations to Reserve in show winner a lovely Abysinnian. Thankyou WCC for running a great show.

Mc cloud stud has available a pair of show and breeding quality Self Saffron. top pic is the boar and below the sow. They are from Australian import buff lines and you can work the 2 breeds together. They are currently 8 and 9 weeks old. pm if you are interested.

Mc Cloud Stud has for sale a pair of texel and a pair of shelties . These are breeding quality due to slight damage, but from excellent lines and show good coat and confirmation qualities. These 4 are 10-12 weeks old. I also have some younger Sheltie and Texel babies born which will be show quality. I also have at times show quality babies in Silver Agouti, Self buff/Lilac/Saffron. Mc Cloud Cavies had a fantastic day at the Waikato Cavy Club EOY Show. -Thank you Waikato Cavy Club for putting on a great show, a beautiful venue Cambridge, lovely after dinner. Thanks to Jen Ballin for Judging. Congratulations to Tempest Stud for the Reserve in show win with the beautiful Cornish bred Crested Black.
