Hi Everyone, we've unfortunately had a deceased male cat brought in to us yesterday afternoon. He has no microchip and no collar, he is an entire male, black and white, DSH - estimated to be 3+ years old. We will hold him for 7 days to hopefully locate an owner. If you think this cat could be yours, please don't hesitate to give us a call on (09) 834 4430. We don't know what street he was found on unfortunately.

Here are our top tips for preventing dental problems and keeping your canine’s smile in tip-top form:
✅ A nutritious diet
✅ Chew treats can help remove plaque and provide stimulation for the gums.

Ugh - That Breath!

Have you ever regretted smooches with your cat or dog? Recoiled at the fish breath? 😵🐟 Many people think it's normal. Well, it's not!

Bad breath in our pets, often called halitosis, is most commonly caused by periodontal disease. This can and should be treated as it will continue to get worse, can lead to other health issues, and most importantly, can be causing your pet pain that you may not be aware of (dental pain can be some of the most uncomfortable, as I'm sure you'll agree).

Hi everyone, we've had a lovely male cat brought in to us this morning. He is neutered and looks to be an elderly cat. He's very smoochy, quite hungry and seems to be quite unwell. If you think this is your cat, please give us a call at the clinic on (09) 834 4430. Proof of ownership is required.
