Packaged bone broth form the frozen section of stores, just like ours ;)

Bone broth is one of those meals I always have on rotation. It's packed full of collagen, proline, glycine, glutamine..annnnd for all you non-science nerds that basically just means your gut and skin will be thanking you every time you make a big bowl of it.
