The EMA Display is finally settling down after it's cycle a few weeks ago. We used 100% dry rock with Bacto Blend as our bacteria source. We added corals pretty much straight away, and fish a few days after adding water. Although this isn't the recommended way to start a tank, adding a heap of corals early on allows for a more stable system and less chances of hair algae taking over the tank as it matures.

And that's it, our final quarantine release for 2024, we're really stoked with how things turned out, and we hope you are too!

2025 marks our 8th year in business. It's been a journey, heaps of learning and some amazing people worked with along the way, including our loyal customer base.

So thank you to all our customers who have helped this dream stay alive. New Zealand is a small, highly regulated market but we've achieved some pretty amazing things, and it's all been because of people like you.

2025 will be another fantastic year for our business and the NZ hobby, full of new quality livestock, new dry goods and heaps and heaps of learning!
