The devine little Frodo is still waiting very patiently to be adopted into her forever home.

Constantly over looked because she’s just a generic little black and white kitty, Frodo seeks a home where she can be left to settle in at her own pace.

Once she warms up to you, she’s very playful and cuddly. She’s super adventurous and enjoys playing in the garden.

Frodo was born in early October. She’s desexed, microchipped and had two vaccines plus regular flea and worm treatments*

Frodo is fostered in Ponsonby and ready for adoption now. If you’re keen on adopting siblings, her brother Samwise is also ready for adoption.

Thank you for all your messages asking to adopt kittens 🤗 After having ZERO adoption enquiry over the last few weeks, it’s encouraging people are ready to adopt again.

I am working through all the messages over the next few days for adoptions to happen this weekend.

I have **FIVE** kittens ready for adoption, it is not “first in, first served” … I like to match up families with the right kitten - much like a jigsaw puzzle 😛

1) GIZMO - Male - black short hair - 4 months old

2) GANDALF - Male - grey short hair - born early Oct

3) FRODO - Female - black & white short hair - born early Oct

4) SAMWISE - Male - black & white short hair - born early Oct

5) COBWEB - Female - black long hair - 4 months old

All kittens are desexed, microchipped and have at least one vaccination, plus regular flea + worm treatments. Microchips are registered to the new families too.

WESLEY!!!!!!!!!!

This adorable little tabby and white boy is now ready for his home. He’s only about 10 weeks old but is quite the little bruiser and has never taken s**t from any of the bigger kittens since his arrival at ACK over a month ago.

Initially Wesley will suss you out before deciding if you’re worthy of play … and he’s always up for some play! During the day he loves to snooze on my lap if I’m working from home.

He’d make a great addition to any family - he’s confident with my dogs and my cats.

Wesley has been desexed, microchipped and had his first vaccination and is up to date with his flea / worm treatments*

Meet Cobweb … a super fluffy (long hair) kitten who would love a kind, and loving home please!

Cobweb LOVES being combed / brushed - which is what she will need daily/regularly.

Cobweb was born in a garden - and lived “rough” with her mum and sisters for the first 8-10 weeks of her life, so initially she might be a little bit shy/quiet but once she knows you, she’s all over you for cuddles and attention! She’s been at ACK for 6 weeks now and we just love her.

Cobweb is absolutely stunning and she’s ready to go to her home this weekend.

Cobweb has been desexed, microchipped and had both of her vaccinations and is up to date with her flea and worm treatments*

Cobweb is confident with my cat-savvy dogs and my cats. Unfortunately I don’t think she would suit a home with very young children at this stage.

Shortbread needs a loving home!

He was found with 3 of his siblings in an abandoned house in West Auckland.

He’s approx 14 weeks old. Desexed, microchipped and had his first vaccination.

He is a playful boy who is slightly reserved at first but once he gets to know you will be all over you for cuddles.

He is being fostered in Murray’s Bay

Frodo, Gandalf and Gizmo received their booster vaccines today from the wonderful team at Pet.kiwi whose “Vaccines for Rescues” programme goes a long way to supporting the work of small rescues like mine.

Living in the shadow of his boisterous Hobbit siblings, Samwise seeks a home where he can fit in quietly and let his personality develop. He’s got a lovely purr and happily curls up on my bed every night.

I have seven kittens available for adoption. These are the only kittens I have ready for adoption before Christmas.

*Frodo, B&W short hair female, 9 weeks (can be a little bit shy at first)

*Aragon, black short hair male, 10 weeks - very confident and happy kitten - very bonded with his brother Gandalf

*Gandalf, grey short hair male, 10 weeks - very confident and cuddly kitten - very bonded with his brother Aragon

*Samwise, B&W short hair male, 9 weeks - currently a very shy kitten who would do better in a quieter, patient home however because he’s so young I expect his lovely personality will come out as soon as he’s away from this madhouse

*Merry, B&W short hair female, 9 weeks - very mischievous kitten who loves leading her brother astray …

*Gizmo, black short hair male, 12 weeks - lovely cuddly kitten and would be really well suited in a home with another cat as he loves my cats

*Pippin, B&W short hair male, 9 weeks - very confident, playful and cuddly kitten who loves his sister Merry

The Hobbits are now ready for adoption!

The Hobbits are all one litter, abandoned by their mama and found themselves landing on all four paws at ACK.

They are all short hair little black & white kittens, aged about 9 weeks old.

They have all been desexed, microchipped and had their first vaccination. Every kitten leaves my care up to date with their flea/worm treatments, their microchip registered to their new family, and an option of 6 weeks free pet insurance from Southern Cross Pet.
An adoption fee applies to help me cover some of my costs.

Taylor the tabby is about 9 weeks old - he’s just a gorgeous playful little man with a big purr and a lovely nature.

The beautiful “Cayenne” is still waiting patiently for her home!

Cayenne has a very sweet and loving nature, gently playing with the kittens smaller than her.

She’s one of the kittens found at the Waste Management site in West Auckland, so can be initially wary of strangers - but is now absolutely fine with my dogs and everyone in my house.

She’s cuddly and playful and ready to be loved by her forever family.

Cayenne is just over 12 weeks old, and has been desexed, microchipped and had her first vaccination.

An adoption fee of $220 is asked to help cover some of my costs so I can keep rescuing kittens like Cayenne.
