Dublin had a walk with Brie!
Before meeting Brie, he was able to stay calm when a girl suddenly appeared followed by a boy on a scooter 😀 Well done Dublin!!! 💕

I sometimes come across people who are just unaware of their responsibility to register their dogs with their local council. Some of them believe that their dogs are registered because their dogs' microchips are registered.
If your dog doesn't have a valid plastic tag (in blue this year) issued by the local council (in our case Auckland Council), register your dog immediately. If your dog's registration tag has gone missing, you can always get a replacement for a fee.
Also, make sure that your dog's registration tag is on the collar or harness when you take him out.

The Auckland council are cracking down on unregistered dogs, with infringement notices being issued in the coming days as a final warning.

Saturday at Barking Mad Dog Market ❤️
We were at the market all day. I was pleased that our sensitive soul Jasmine coped well in the environment. Brie enjoyed meeting so many dogs and sniffing the ground with lots of exciting smells 😍

Dublin met Brie for the first time 😉
At first they barked at each other over a fence and both were unable to take treats. But, after separating them and bringing Brie in front of Dublin across a fence again, Brie was able to pick up and eat tossed treats and Dublin was able to watch Brie quietly. When they were finally in the same space both were able to eat treats without focusing on each other.
We didn’t have enough time to let them interact with each other freely this time. Hopefully we can do that next time 🤞
Let me add that Dublin’s loose leash walking has improved so much! 🥰

Awww Jasmine was so tiny five years ago. After this we went into the lockdown and Jasmine become more and more sensitive to the environment. I am glad that her confidence has improved so much. More than anything, I miss Mint!! He was a really good boy ❤️
