Show Jumping Waitemata World Cup was such an incredible show. Both the boys placed top 6 in our championship class with huge entries. So proud and so greatful to be on the journey with these horses.

These two have been such an adventure training in and out of the ring but this weekend made it all worth while. Both horses, confident, calm and such amazing team mates doing their job so happily with me. So much love.

A huge thank you to Freya Scollay from Symmetry in Motion Equine for all the conversations, words of wisdom and mentoring over the weekend. Couldn’t have done it without you. Huge thank you to Katharine Rhodes for your support and Ben for trucking along to the shows with me.

BKW Equine and Rodney Animal Rescue present for re-homing…

Marty is a 12 yo 15.2 bay TB. Marty is a sweet boy and has come into work so easily since basing with me. He’s been really easy to have around and has established walk, trot and canter on both reins with FLASHY MOVEMENT. He is starting to leg yield and jumping over small jumps too with no trouble once going.

He’s been hacking around our 40acre farm with no problems. He’s been ridden by two different riders and had no issues he has done everything asked of him. In saying all this he is not suited to a green or nervous rider. His perfect home would be someone wanting to do hacking, low level competition or a teenager wanting to produce a horse. He can be opinionated if he’s unsure about what you want but once he trusts you we’ve had no problems.

We will be picky with the home he goes to due to his history coming into the rescue. Feel free to message me for more information or to organise a time to come out and meet him. Based in Muriwai, Auckland.

All the client horses are looking and feeling great and lessons have been so positive and sharing the joy of the horses is such a rewarding way to spend time working in the sun. With a team of 9 in work at the moment it takes an army! Bring on next week!

Fibre Fresh Grand Prix Jumping at Woodhill Sands

Took Glenara Gold Dust (Loki) out in Main Ring on the grass! So lucky to be jumping out there with him. Jumped around our biggest tracks to date with a lot of boxes ticked and some awesome jumps along the way.

So greatful for everything in this journey with this horse. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me on this adventure. Ben, Katharine, Amy, Kerry, Freya, my Willow Farm family. It takes such an army!
