Brookside Alpacas is a family run lifestyle business that started in late 2004 on an acre land with one pregnant female Huacaya and a whether (gelded male) to keep her company. Through the specific selection of genetics from superior lines and working with other breeders, we aim to consistently improve the quality of Alpacas bred in New Zealand
Our main focus is to provide high quality Huacaya pets and breeding stock with colours ranging from light fawn to dark brown.
