THORS HAMMER

The Thor’s Hammer (Beef Shank, Bone in Shin of Beef) comes from the hind shank of beef.
While this is one of the toughest cuts on the animal, it’s full of flavour due to its high collagen content.
Put in the time and effort with this one: an extended time in the smoker along with a slow braise yields a flavourful eating experience that can please a crowd and impress every dinner guest.

Limited numbers in the cabinet these beautiful Thors Hammers won’t last long.

😩 The day has come…Tis this pairs last wee day here at Field to Fork. They have been with us since day one, so as you can imagine, it’s a bit of a bittersweet time. We wish them all the best for their next chapter in Australia, but will miss them terribly and everything they do for us here…we know you will too…So come on down today, say Haste ye back, grab a bit of beautiful cake and give them a wee cuddle.

Today we are very excited to have for the first time in our retail ‘Wagyu Pure’ - premium aged grass fed wagyu.
These Wagyu are farmed locally by Brendon & Natasha Hintz less than 3 km from Field to Fork, so have very low food miles.
Come in and take some home for dinner!!
