🔨 Recently, the boys have been putting their carpentry skills to the test and have produced some new walk in-walk out yards. They turned out amazingly! A lovely space for the horses to be in, which will make the wet months much more manageable but it also means we can accomodate more horses all year round!

He's been measured, has his showing passport, and ready for his showing debut in a couple of weeks with a small ribbon day before we tackle some A&P shows.

A day out at Pukekohe workouts today with a team of young horses all having their first workout for the prep, a couple their first ever! All of them behaved like total professionals and we look forward to having them on the race track soon!

Another huge week
Another huge week. Pin up girl and last start winner KISS AND RUN ticking towards her next assignment. Plenty of breakers in the cart for the first time as well as lots of exciting youngsters having their second prep. We also had a very special 5th birthday during the week! Track upgrades/renovations, hot off the back of an arena regrade. 17 in work and most of them yearlings, we simply wouldn't be getting by without our loaned superstar GP Star ⭐️ bring on another week, and as it says in the song - I'm ready, for good things to come my way 🎶
Our week - in a minute! Things are ramping right back up with a lot of young horses here being broken in or having their second preps. We have a GP on loan from Diamond Racing Stables, Star, and he's absolutely living up to his name ⭐️! Last start winner Kiss And Run preparing for Auckland again next week, and our only thoroughbred in work at the moment ready to hit the racetrack 🤞looking forward to bringing even more yearlings back into work next week.
Here's a cracking filly we have been breaking in since the NZB Standardbred yearling sales - TACTICAL LANDING X LOVEMELIKEYOUDO for our friends at Diamond Racing Stables, bred by our neighbours up the road Breckon Farms. She has been a total professional from the get go, seen here on day 2,3&4 of being in the cart. That trot 😍😍 Off n Racing
