I don't like to be making posts like this, but, unfortunately, we have had a large number of no-shows and late cancellations lately.

We have had a no-show/late cancellation fee in place for the last 5 years. It is definitely not something we enjoy doing but our time is valuable and we reserve this time for your appointment when you book. Not turning up or canceling late leaves us unable to fill this appointment and directly impacts us financially. We completely understand that sometimes in life, things come up but please have the courtesy to let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment!

If you are inside 24 hours we will do our best to fill your appointment at late notice and in this case you will not be charged. We also send reminder messages in the week leading up to your appointment so that you have enough notice to change if necessary.

Future appointment will not be able to be booked if you have outstanding payments due.
