Brooke Edgecombe is coming down to Rolleston, Christchurch to give lessons!

Brooke is an NZ Showjumper with Experience jumping up to World Cup level and producer of young horses. Winner of the 2023/24 NZ World Cup series and winner of multiple National series titles. Previous winner of the NZ HOY Olympic cup and have recently returned from competing in the USA.

We have plenty of options for those wanting to come down and stay. Small & large paddocks. Yards, stables.

Lessons!!
With the season just around the corner now is the time to get some pre season training in!

Lessons specialise is both dressage and jumping. I have successfully competed in both disciplines as well as eventing.

Happy to teach all ages and levels.
Lessons are available at my all weather arena in Rolleston or can travel locally for a small travel fee.

We also have a couple weekly spots for lessons on the legendary Zharga. She is a one in a million pony. She’s won numerous titles, rugs and more including both the national one day and the national 3 day eventing championship.
She is exceptional well school led and is perfect for those wanting to learn more advanced dressage movements. She is forward so is only available to intermediate and above riders. Perfect for small adults as well.

Ten Acre Park 🌟

Established in 2022, Ten Acre Park is a boutique equestrian facility just 20 minutes from Christchurch, near Rolleston. Our purpose-built facilities include a 60m x 40m all-weather arena with show jumps, four post-and-rail outdoor yards, cross-tie and wash bay with hot water, four full-sized indoor stables, two 8m x 10m day paddocks, ten fully equine-fenced paddocks, shed facilities (toilet, coffee and tea area, washing machine etc ) and a 650m grass exercise track.

Our Services:

Grazing: Individual paddocks, automatic troughs, hay storage, tack shed, float parking, and use of all facilities.

Horse Boarding: Full care services including holiday vacation, racehorse spelling, and rehabilitation. Simply drop off and we do the rest.

Lessons: Regular riding sessions with our experienced resident instructor. Lessons can be on your own horse/ pony or we have an amazing pony we are able to offer limited lessons on.

Overnight Stays: Perfect for those traveling for shows or lessons, we have many different options available to suit all needs.

Facility Hire: Ideal for clinics or events with options to hire specific facilities or the entire venue.

🐴LESSONS🐴
I have a couple of weekly spots left for lesson. Available from 2pm weekdays and anytime weekend depending on what other lessons are booked.
A bit of background about me. I have competed very successfully in a variety of disciplines (winning a national eventing title and recently very successfully in dressage qualifying for Hoy).
I spent 5 years at Nga Tawa Diocesan School for Girls where I trained with some of the best coaches and riders in New Zealand. I have taught at pony club and at a riding school, can teach a variety of riders, levels, ages and disciplines. Have worked a lot with confidence building for riders. I am first aid certified with a current certificate.

I offer lessons at my property in rolleston with an all weather 40x60 arena with jumps. Can also travel local for a small travel fee.
We even have a perfect viewing platform for guests to watch.

Super excited to now offer lessons on the legendary Zharga ( Rednalhgih Hayman) 🤍
A pony with quite impressive results having won numerous evening titles (national ones included) as well as dressage titles.
Zharga will be available for dressage and pole lessons to intermediate and above riders.
She would be ideal for riders wanting to feel upper level dressage movements that their horses may not know. Or those who may currently not have a horse in work.

Since she is only a pony so there will be a height limit. These lessons are available here at the Ten Acre Park arena in Rolleston.
