I have 25 years professional dog training experience including a successful 18-year career in the NZ Police Dog Section. I am currently a Detector Dog Handler and also a Trainer/ Assessor for NZ Land SAR Dogs. I have a wealth of knowledge of puppy development, scent and nose work, shaping new behaviours, counter conditioning undesirable behaviours and problem solving. Through my experience in hand

ling and training many dogs I have the ability to understand the dog’s behaviour and implement the best learning method for the individual dog. This has been particularly successful around reactivity, recall, lead walking and general engagement and environmental generalisation.

The amount of dogs around Europe is amazing especially the access they are given in relation to public transport, shops, restaurants etc etc. Getting towards the end of my trip. Thanks for those who have been in contact and I’m looking forward to catching up with you and your doggos. 👍🏼🐶

The 1st of September marks the 'official' first day of Spring! I know quite a few of you with dogs that require extensive exercise NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER, will be happy to see the back end of this winter!

Have had my volunteer hat on this past week representing NZ LandSAR Search Dogs in Melbourne as a co assessor at the Australian Search and Rescue K9 assessment. What a great bunch of doggos (and humans of course 😂) Back to the business tomorrow and catching up with those who I must thank for their patience with my jet setting lifestyle. 🤪🐶🟠🔵🟠🔵🦘🦘
