This is another wee Lulu, most placid pup I've met, watching her have a snooze in the bath was the icing on the cake. So calm, and really does lap up the pampering 🥰🫢

The most rewarding thing in grooming is watching the puppies grow and learn, whilst showing me they are more brave than the last time.
Lulu is one of many who has improved since her first groom, still a bit nervous and unsure of the clippers, however this is a minor hurdle we will work on together as the grooms go on.
She's a happy & playful pup, looking like a new lass 🥰🐾

Molly is thriving in a quiet environment, although abit nervous with the dryer still, she really is the sweetest girl who loves all the praises 🥰

This is what desensitisation can look like.

This is wee kai with his 1st grooming, although we have the dryer on low, it is not directed at him. We are allowing him to process the sounds before directing the dryer on him, rewarding him when he is calm with treats and pats is KEY ❤️

This is easily done at home with your standard hair dryer on low and warm ☺️ 🫶

TIMARU TRIP UPCOMING! 🫶

I have another date set for the next trip to Timaru for grooming, which will be on the weekend of the 12th July. Grooming the Saturday and Sunday at this stage.
If you would like to book your dog again or even for the 1st time with us, please get in touch asap to get your preferred day & time ☺️
Everything will run the same as the previous times.

Today we met Frankie, the 17 week old Pomeranian, she was excellent for her groom and couldn't get over how small she was 🥰

Then we met Maisey who came in for a full groom, she was also fantastic on the table!
Can't wait to see these beautiful dogs again ❤️
