Sunday at the lake was just a bit too windy and I was a bit too chill to be bothered getting out of the van and cooking some kai! so I reinvented a childhood fav, anyone else used to love marmite and lettuce sandwiches? Now with a microgreen upgrade 💥 marmite and freshly snipped microgreens for that fresh crunch... now that's adulting 😆😆😆

At Cygnet Greens we are so please to offer live trays of microgreens in a pla and plastic free tray, with all waste being able to be disposed of in your green bin or home compost. Why do we choose to deliver live trays? -To reap the health benefits ofcourse , eat them immediately after harvest as microgreens begin to lose their nutritional value rapidly after harvest. The longer the time gap between harvesting and delivery of vegetables, the lesser will be the nutrients retained in the vegetable.

Microgreens are loaded with food grade, bio available vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, B complex, C, and E, including the minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, and potassium to name a few.

And so easy to add a dose of goodness to every meal, with baby shoots so tender they are enjoyed by the whole family 🌱💚🌱
