Hi everyone, I just wanted to put up a post about grooming payments and booked appointments. If you need to cancel a groom, please contact me as soon as possible so I can offer that appointment to another client. Especially coming into the end of the year as appointments are very limited. Missed or late cancelations affect my income if those appointments are not filled. I don't have another income to fall back on, so this is very important to me and the running of my business and day to day expenses.
In September I introduced a price increase on grooming and for the most part that has been received well and people understand that the pricing of everything has increased. I made the decision to absorb the increases in products, electricity, maintenance, insurance etc until it was too much of a burden. There are many costs associated with being self employed and many hours of behind the sceens work that no one sees but myself, emails, texts, messages, photos, social media, booking appointments, maintenance etc. I do my best to keep costs as low as possible and use good quality products so I can offer the 1 on 1 service I do, unlike bigger salons with multiple dogs on site. Now on to payments, Unfortunately, late or no payments have been on the rise lately, I understand forgetting on occasion and I will send a reminder out in that case. No payment is something I struggle with as it really impacts my livelihood and not something I would personally do. If there is no payment I am no longer the groomer for you. Hi everyone, thank you for your patience and support the past couple of weeks, a special thank you to everyone I've seen this week and last week and your kind words as well πŸ’› as I've said in my previous post, I wanted to make some changes business wise and I can appreciate that these may not work for everyone. I have reduced my hours on a couple of days of the week and have changed my pricing schedule to better align with my work and the on going costs associated, I have put off a price increase for some time and I do understand if it may not suit everyone. I am still working through a back log of appointments and online booking will be reopened on Monday 16th after 6pm. All the pricing changes will be available online to view, but the majority have had an increase of $10. If you need to have a chat about pricing or hours, please feel free to contact me via messenger or txt or phone. Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your support this past week, I truly appreciate it. I will have to make some changes to appointments during this month to catch up with the previous weeks worth of appointments. In saying that I also understand if a change in appointment or the time frame may not suit and completely understand if you may need to change to another groomer. At this stage, september is fully booked and I do intend to move appointments after this coming week back 1 week. I will be in contact with everyone this coming week booked in for this month as I reorganize. I will reopen online bookings in the next week once all of the scheduling is complete. I will be looking at possibly restructuring my grooming business, (possible days and hour changes) if that happens I will pass on that information to everyone asap. I won't be able to take on any new clients over the next few months as I navigate through this. Thank you again for your understanding, Danni 🐾

Hello everyone. With a heavy heart, this afternoon Dani has had to farewell her wee buddy Jose to puppy heaven. As some of you are aware from her last post a couple of days ago, he was a wee bit under the weather. He has been such a wee trooper and such a brave wee guy ❀️ Unfortunately there will be no bookings available at the moment.
