We are a little bit late with our Halloween post, but Luna is too cute not to share. 😍

Luna, a purr-fectly spooky guardian I happened to run into on Halloween evening, keeping a watchful eye over the trick-or-treaters in her street from her cat tower vantage point. 🎃

Dressed for the occasion, she is taking her job very seriously, making sure no ghost or goblin goes unobserved. 🩷💘🎃

We hope you all had a Happy Halloween and we would love to see your pet Halloween pictures.

At Gentle Waters Pet Cremation, we are deeply touched by the precious possessions that accompany family pets to our crematorium. 💕🌸🥹

From cherished family photos, well loved toys, to woven puti puti, handwritten letters, and even NZ flags honouring a service dog, these items hold the love and memories of a life shared. 🤍💜🕊️🕯️

While there are limits to what can be cremated with your pet, we ensure their treasured belongings stay close throughout their journey with us, allowing families to be with their pet in spirit, and for us, it's an honour to care for each pet and the love they carry. 🌈🐾🌄

We feel the love and we love it, even though it may make us get leaky eyes. 🩷☺️🥹

Baxter lost his best buddy, Freddie, not too long ago, and it was heartbreaking for his family to see him without his wingman. 💙💔

Baxter's family shared these photos of him being reunited with Freddie’s ashes, now held in a beautiful Reterniti stone.

While we'll never really know exactly what our furry and feathered family members think or feel after the loss of a cherished pet companion, these photos bring us touching moments that remind us that love endures, transcending loss and time, leaving memories and gentle reminders of loved ones gone by. 🌄 🌅 🌈 🐾 🕊️

It’s clear Baxter, along with his family, have found some comfort in this special connection. 💕
