Goodnight baby puppy Jade, my big beautiful brave girl.....💔
13.5yrs wasn't near long enough.....😭

You were an absolute dream just like your mum Biscuit and dad Kuli. So easy going, beyond patient and no fuss ever!
That spastic tail of yours never stopped wagging as it's always done right up until the very end.

Unlike myself and Mason you were spared the knowledge of what was happening, all you knew was that you were in pain....😪

Hopefully one of the other eggs takes over your whisker clipping manicures you constantly gave them all (so they don't look like seals), which you were still doing even when the vet knocked on the door.....they'll all be lost without you as you were the calm caring balanced boss of them all 😔

Rest easy Jadey with your mum Biscuit, and dad Kuli here under the same magnolia tree ❤️

You live on in daughter Luca, and granddaughter Cookie.

Thanks to my family who were here in her last moments supporting Mason and I, love you all xx

Miserable day outside, I don't usually let my lot rough house inside but made a rare exception today.....🙄
(Luckily my tele has a wall brace 🤦‍♀️)

4.5mth old Cookie (Lojaal Dancing Queen) playing with her 7yro uncle Kuno (Lojaal War Horse), my late aunt Val's person whom came back to live with me permanently 6 weeks ago from Hamilton when she passed away 😔

Hope your watching your wee man Val, he's such a good boy and has settled in like he never left me as a puppy ❤️ xx

*The remaining 3 brown eggs are behaving themselves in the other room 😇

My son Mason has starting socializing early at nearly 5 days old 😍

Meet Cookie and Ford.

Cookie is named after her great grandma Biscuit (Boulderbrae Rocquette) who was my soulmate and reached the grand age of 15.5yrs ❤️

And Ford seemed fitting as this dear wee man decided to enter the world on a 3 minute trip back from the vet in the back of my ute 🤦‍♀️......not the excitement I needed! 😬

The Lojaal troop welcomed a new family member called "Ghost" 2 days ago, a 10 week old Giant Flemish.
Didn't take Ghost too long to want to join the dog pile and lose any fear of dogs 😍

Happy 6th birthday to the not so little now brown 10 sausages!

Can't believe 6yrs have gone by already without smelling that intoxicating puppy scent! 😔

Mum (Jade) & dad (Kulu) now 11.5yrs & nearly 12yrs are wishing you all a happy birthday as I do dearly! ❤😘

Huge pats and hugs! Hold your babies close, their lives are so much shorter than ours.

My deepest thanks to you all for spoiling these little people so much, it is very humbling!
You are all a breeders dream, I truly have been very blessed over the years placing my little persons ❤

Hello all, still here, realize I haven't posted anything for over a year after losing my heart dog Biscuit (Boulderbrae Rocquette), couldn't quite bring myself to as she left such a massive hole after 15.5yrs.
My big beautiful constant flatmate who'd search relentlessly for me on her wobbly legs in almost total deafness in her later years if she couldn't see or smell me close by.
I know I was her happy place, as she was mine.
I dug a huge hole by myself & buried her in the pouring rain a year ago, I figured it was fitting the sky was crying for her, I refused help from others to bury her and be there, that moment was just for us ❤
Laid to rest with some flowers here at home, she was so heavy lifting her from my ute in her favorite thick blanket, nearly couldn't but there was no way I'd drop my precious girl....
Life hasn't quite been the same even with 3 other amazing RR ratbags including her daughter and granddaughter, it still feels like someone is missing.
I occasionally catch myself counting to see if everyone is inside before shutting the door only to remember I only have 3 little brown people now....
Forever my baby puppy Bikki Smiki, one in an absolute million and so desperately missed. I'd give anything to press that grey freckled face against mine again.

15 years old today Biscuit!!!!!!!

AKA: "Bikki Smicki" "Fat stuff" "Big girl" "Boulderbrae Rocquette"

OMG you totally amaze me! Never in my wildest dreams I thought you'd reach this age, especially as the last of your litter siblings passed away 2.5yrs ago, I always joked in jest that you owed me 5yrs extra given I missed out on your little sausage years when I rehoused you, which was on this day exactly on your 5th birthday, you absolutely took that challenge & showed me who was boss! (and still do)

Fast forward 10yrs on you are freckled grey, wise, wobbly & "pretend not to hear".....but yet bright eyed, stunningly beautiful & super cunning with fantastic mouth to hand skills that can still catch food backhand off the cuff like the best tennis players even today!

You're the best friend/flatmate I've ever had, well obviously WAY more than that as you've seen me go through so much, I love you big girl!

I was nominated just recently to do the 10-Day Dog challenge.

"Selecting an image daily from a day in the life of my dog(s) or a proud moment as a dog owner without a single explanation for 10 days"

That got me reminiscing about where I am now with 6 RR ratbags sprawled on the lounge floor atm....God knows I never could've predicted this and I'm eternally grateful that it has.

My very first RR out hunting, big beautiful Kuli, the biggest sweetest sook of a soul, my protector but yet super friendly and the biggest goof to everyone that ever visited, I fell totally in love with the RR breed after loving him, he lives on in his progeny.

Forever my baby puppy right up until the day he passed away in my arms.

Through no fault of their own due to ill health of their owner sweet Jira (8yrs) and her Labrador boyfriend Bene (8.5yrs) are looking for a new family to love & be loved by

Jira is a registered purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback bred by myself LOJAAL CONSPIRACY THEORY - DOB 25/1/12

Both dogs are fixed and available for adoption but need not go together although that would be nice

If no suitable home is found they will come to me to live permanently
