Broken fibula update - 3 weeks down, 3 to go. New fibreglass cast today so much lighter and another x-ray shows the break is healing well, still no weight bearing for another 2 weeks. Cast off on the 21st August so no grooming before then ☹️
But how cool is my new cast ……. 🐾🫶🐾

I’m out of action for at least 6weeks with a broken ankle, not ideal and very inconvenient!
No work for me, crutches & dog grooming don’t go together 🥴 my nurse Treacle is keeping an eye on me!

Wow! 31 years old!

Is there ever enough time 💔? I think not.

Last night, this sweet boy earned his wings 🕊️.

Despite outliving every dog in history, his 11,478 days on earth would never be enough, for those who loved him. When we asked Leonel what his recipe was for Bobi’s exceptionally long life, his response was swift: “Good nutrition, constant contact with nature, freedom to discover his environment, consistent veterinary care, and love. Bobi knows he’s deeply loved.”

Godspeed, Bobi…you’ve taught the world all you were mean’t to teach 🐾❤️‍🔥🌈.

The Queen’s beloved fell pony, Emma, was also brought to watch the funeral procession arrive at Windsor Castle
She was brought to stand in a gap in the floral tributes along the Long Walk to greet the Queen one final time 💔

I’ve had an amazing time in Mongolia riding camels in the Gobi Desert, horses on the steppes, yak & reindeer! Going from South to North covering 1200 kms, staying with the Nomadic families with their generous hospitality, amazing people & country. I’ll be back on board on Monday……🐫🐎🦅🐃
