COVID19 - Delta Alert Level 2 and what this means

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ:

Now that we are at COVID-19 Delta Alert Level 2, our business is operating with a full range of services available including consultations,vaccinations, surgery, prescriptions and premium foods available for your pets.

We ask, if you are unwell, that you arrange for another member of your family or a friend to bring your pet to the clinic, or phone the clinic on (03) 3489728 for further advice.

Please sign in when you arrive using the COVID 19 Tracer app QR code, which is on the front doors and reception counter, or otherwise sign in with the book at reception.

Please wear a face mask and keep it on at all times inside the clinic.If you are unable to wear a mask for any medical reason, please advise staff of this prior to your appointment.

Please maintain good hygiene. Use the hand sanitizer available at reception when you enter or leave the clinic.

Please maintain a safe social distance of at least 2 metres from other members of the public and staff in the clinic carpark and waiting room, and 1 metre from staff in the consulting rooms, where possible.

Please have one person per pet in the clinic. If you have multiple pets or need assistance ,please phone us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements

We still have Paywave available for contactless payment.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks, while we have been doing our best to look after your pets.

Hello everyone, sadly we had a deceased cat dropped into our clinic today after being hit by a car yesterday morning. 🙁
An adult grey short haired male tabby. He has white paws and belly. Found outside a Clyde Road Riccarton address. This kitty doesn't have a microchip, so If you think this is your cat or you may know of the owner, please call the clinic on 03 3489728 🐾
