5 month old Sylvie is such a cutie. Today, I have been teaching her to loose lead walk and stop walking when asked.
Friday….after lots of spinning and running about , Jax decides it’s time to take a nap.
Jax…when you have the best dance moves, why not show them off😂
This week, we have been teaching 6 month old Maddie how to walk nicely on her lead.
With a frost still on the ground in places ,we set out on a countryside walk.
Murphy practised ‘down’ from a distance on todays training walk. The other pups watched and then awarded him 10/10⭐️🐾🐾.
Murphy has been learning signal commands for , stop, sit, stay and down. Here he is practicing down, he’s such a clever pup.
Tilly has taken everything in her stride and is very confident. Today we advanced her loose lead walking, surrounded by the noises of passing traffic.
Saturday…Diesil took his new friend Tilly out for her second loose lead walking session.
Our first training session of the day is with Murphy, he’s learning to walk nicely on his lead.
Unless your dog isn’t bothered about fireworks, keep the tv on loud, curtains closed and treats/Kong to keep occupied.
Tuesday evening.. chicken couldn’t sleep, so I suggested a good wrestle to wear him out.
Earlier in the week Darwin (middle) was helped in his lessons by Satchi (left) and Diesil (right).
They did a good job of stay and come back when called.
Today is Elles second lesson in loose lead walking, Diesil was so happy he could help her.
Freddy has come on leaps and bounds with his training. Through regular and consistent practice ,he understands not to chase the ducks.
Today it was Dads turn to see how Darwin was progressing with his loose lead walk training.
( 3x 1 hour sessions plus 1 hour handover training)
From pulling forward to loose lead walking in 2 hours.
