Went to visit Speed Clean Laundromats brand new opening in Bishopdale and met this little one. She belonged to the tech man, Allan, who was helping out . Ellie was whining and just wanted to be with her dad so of course I offered to walk her and what fun we had!
We even went to the Op Shop and got a soft toy for her, although she did get a fright seeing herself in the mirror 🙈

This is gorgeous Daisy 🌼.
At just 10 weeks old she has proven that are super smart! She knows exactly what time food should be served. Here is a picture of Daisy saying it's lunch time and this is where my food is kept 🥰

We are so lucky to go on a walk with the famous Benji from Redzone Dogs Ōtautahi - The Community . It was tricky to get a photo with Benji looking directly at the camera, but we managed it in the end, thanks to his mum, Lena🥰

Otautahi Redzone Dogs is a fantastic community group where dog owners can connect and organise playdates and walks for their pets 🐕🐕‍🦺. You can create your own events or join ones organised by others. They promote exercise for dogs, responsible ownership, and a safe environment for everyone.

We had the best time at the most dog-friendly Cafe .nz today! We had such a great time meeting all the adorable dogs and indulging in delicious food. The atmosphere was perfect and being able to enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating with our furry friends made it even better. We couldn't resist spending half our time petting and playing with the dogs—it was pure joy! To top it off, Bilbo discovered dog treats in Carol's pocket that she had completely forgotten about 🤣

Definitely one of the top cafes in town for a fun and furry outing!

While we often share happy and fun pictures, behind the scenes there's a lot more, including unexpected challenges. Recently, Milky was in a serious fight, sustaining deep lacerations to his head and ear. Fortunately, he's cleaned up and recovering well, though he's not a fan of his meds! We've found a trick by adding them to his food with a sprinkle of crushed up treats on top 🙌

Bruce is the newest family member from the Catnap Cafe and looks almost identical to Chicky!

They have all found their perfect paradise in their new home and run the house with their playful antics and charming personalities🐈🐈‍⬛ With loads of cozy nap spots and playful chases down the hallway, they certainly keep everyone entertained 🧶

We feel incredibly fortunate to be entrusted with their care, witnessing firsthand the joy they bring to each moment spent together ❤

Our very own Chris has shown exceptional dedication to volunteering in our community.

Chris has not only excelled in her role as a professional pet carer, but she has also generously devoted her time and effort to numerous other organisations within our community. These currently include Kairos Food Rescue, Mentor Driver for former refugees and Cats Rescue, just to name a few. Her commitment to making a positive impact beyond our workplace is truly inspiring.

At first I could only observe him from afar but gradually gained some trust. He allowed me to be near while he ate, though always maintaining a cautious distance.

It was a slow process marked by small victories, until one day he let me get close enough for a gentle stroke. Check out the cute back leg lift at the end as a display of confidence and pride 🤣

Meet Teddy, a bundle of affection🥰. Teddy is blind so relies on his other senses to guide him. He uses his paw to help feel where you are and to ask for cuddles. Despite his lack of sight , Teddy's heart is full of love which he shows through his gentle purrs and nuzzles 😺❤
