🌳🌿 Our annual planting day was a huge success! With this year's efforts, our team has now planted a total of 7,000 trees over the last three years. Beyond earning carbon credits, these trees boost biodiversity, create food and habitats for native birds, improve the water quality of the Ruamahanga river and strengthen our community bonds. We’re already looking forward to next year’s planting day! 🌱✨

This event, which saw us plant native seedlings at the QEII covenant in Carterton, was made possible thanks to the generous support from our clients, volunteers, supporters, colleagues, and community. We are so proud that the initiative raised $1290 through our Givealittle fundraising campaign.

SWVS Planting Day 2022
Tomorrow, members of our team will be heading to the QEII covenant in Carterton to do our bit for the environment by planting 5000 trees.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our Givealittle campaign! So far, we’ve raised $1,265 to plant natives in this special location. We’ll share photos of the event as soon as we can.
And, don’t worry, we’ll still have a full team on board to treat your furry friends, so don’t hesitate to call if there’s anything you need.

It's CALVING TIME.
The majority of death and disease in calves occurs in the first few weeks of life, so supplementation to prevent this needs to be rapidly absorbed and given as early as possible.
In calves treated with MULTIMIN, sickness and death rates due to scours, navel infections or other diseases were halved within 3 days of injection.
Your herd will also benefit with increased stock survivability, enhanced immunity and cow fertility.

Each of our clinics has a bin and/or bag where you are put your used Teatseal tubes, plungers and caps, buckets and Teatwipe cannisters, and Ultravac pillows (a cutter has been provided to take the top off).
Our recycling partners Plasback NZ, Comspec and Future Post are doing a fantastic job at making use of our used plastic.
