Coatesville Pony Club - The Official Page

Is situated on the Coatesville Recreational Reserve on the corner of Glenmore Rd and Coatesville/Riverhead Highway. We have a membership of approximatley 72 children and young adults from the ages of 5-25 and an adult membership of approximatley 60. The Pony Club grounds are open all year round for members to ride on, and we have a 60m x 60m arena topped

with Cushionride. The cross country courses include Pre-introductory, Introductory, Pre-training and Training levels including a water jump and are open when the ground conditions permit. Rallies are held on Wednesdays for the junior members under C certificate and Thursday for C level and above from 5.30 - 7.30. Rallies commence after the Sept/Oct holidays till Christmas and from school starting in the New Year until daylight saving ends.

⭐️ NZPCA FIRST START 50CM CLASS ADDED! ⭐️

We are excited to share that a NZPCA First Start (Level 2) 50cm Eventing class has been added to our Mini ODE on Sunday 19th January! Enter now on EvoEvents!

This does mean we have to cap numbers in the other classes so if you were thinking of entering don’t delay!

We are thrilled to share that the sponsor for the 80cm class at our upcoming Mini ODE is the wonderful Agility Equine Sports Massage Therapy! Two lucky placegetters will be going home with a voucher for their horse to receive an examination and treatment from Dom!

Dom is a fully UK trained & qualified Equine Sports Massage Therapist (N.A.R.E.M.T Distinction International Association of Animal Therapists) with over 25 years experience working in the equine industry, including treating horses from many different disciplines Racing, Polo, Show jumping, Eventing and performance horses and ponies to those who are kept for pleasure too.

⚠️ EVENT CANCELLED / NEW EVENT PLANNED ⚠️

Unfortunately due to low entry numbers we have had to cancel our Country Show Jumping event that was planned for this Sunday!

On the up side, we have planned an Open Grounds Day instead from 9:00am till 12:00pm on Sunday 8 December!

We appreciate the support from those who had entered and signed up to volunteer and we hope to see you at our next event instead! 💙🐴
