WE’RE HIRING - DOG GROOMER POSITION (Or an opportunity to rent space and be your own boss)

We are looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to come on board and join our team as soon as possible.

Preference will be given to an experienced person and portfolio pictures would be an advantage.

You should be able to groom all breeds of dog, including breed specific cuts. Patience and confidence are a must. Our standards are high.

The ideal candidate will possess all of the above as well as exceptional customer service skills, the ability to keep the work area and equipment clean and tidy, a cheerful positive work ethic and the willingness to ask for help if needed.

All applicants must be a NZ citizen or hold a valid work visa.

Commencement date is flexible as are hours and days of work. We would consider a ‘rent a bench’ arrangement.

We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for being so understanding recently.
Both of the girls are currently off on sick leave and we are trying very hard to juggle appointments to make sure that everyone is looked after.

We’ve had a cancellation for this Monday (28th February).

First in, best dressed and we can’t do the booking via Facebook.
The shop is open until 4.30pm today and from 9am until 4.30pm tomorrow.

With Level 3 approaching next Wednesday we have made the decision to re-open our grooming from Wednesday with measures in place to keep us all safe 🐶

Grooming clients please read below 👇🏻

- We will contact everyone who has missed out on an appointment during Level 4 on Monday and Tuesday.

- Contactless drop off and pick up of dogs will be required, and payment will need to be made over the phone as we are not allowed clients to enter our premises.

- Please be patient, being ‘open’ at Level 3 will require a lot more precaution, phone calls with you and pick up/drop off times may vary and take longer than usual.

- Day-care will remain closed and will be reviewed during Level 3.

Questions can be answered, and appointments can be made (Level 4 appointments will get priority) by our staff at Animal Attraction between 9am - 3pm 😎
