Hubby said we needed a bed end to stop the quilt slipping off. I found a headboard on marketplace for $30 and painted it up in the same colour as our bedhead that we made a few years ago and it actually looks pretty cool. Love the little vase applique on it.

Beautiful transformation. Rescued from a hayshed in mangaweka. Lots of sanding, dark waxing, replaced the backboard and covered it with antique floral paper. So many hours of work but so worth it

Super disappointed to say the least at this new paint by Shabbychicbex. I was aware I wasnt buying top end chalk paint but still expected more. Goes on easy although some were better than others and one was loaded with lumps no matter how hard I stirred. Sanding is the biggest issue as it dries hard not chalky. For those of you waiting for my review here it is.... on a more positive note the rollers sent to me by two fussy blokes to review are bloody fantastic, worth having in your painting kit
