Congratulations to Black & White Coffee Cartel Rangiora!

Their North Course dish, ‘The Local’ Spring Hash, was the most rated in The North Course this year, with 107 ratings.Featuring kumara, herb, and feta hash, poached egg, grilled asparagus, and local ingredients from Benzies Eggs, Fernside Microfarms, North Canterbury Seafood Market, Behind The Hedge and Karikaas Cheese. It was definitely a favourite.

Well done to the entire team at Black & White Coffee Cartel Rangiora — an incredible effort and well-deserved recognition. A shoutout to chefs Bex, Natasha, Victoria for bringing this dish to life.
