Caring love & attention for your precious pooch. Small dogs only, in my own home. Dogs walked 1-3 tims a day, depending on physical ability. Hydro bath available.

The Canine Ritz is for any sized elderly dogs that require special care in a 'home environment' that cannot jump a fence. I mostly take care of small to small/medium, as long as they don’t jump fences. No one has actually tried, they seem to be having so much fun. The dogs will live with me in my home and become part of the family. (I adhere to Doggie Diplomas training methods for those of you th

at train with Cath). Having been in the Pet Industry for over 25 years, I specialise in the administration of all kinds of medications. I have a certificate in Reiki, animal reiki obviously is my thing! I'm also embarking on a grooming course at the moment. You can go away on holiday, knowing you can breathe easy that your beloved four-legged family member will be well loved and well taken care of!

Introducing... Yogi!
This big bouncy young boy is a labrador x husky. We think he is about a year old and is excited to meet his new forever family 🐶
We don’t know this dog’s history, but he has displayed calm behaviour towards other dogs and is very friendly to all staff. Our pound staff affectionately refer to him as “ Yogi ” Please note, Yogi has not been tested around cats or children.
He is extremely patient and we have only heard him bark when there is activity happening directly around him.
Ideally Yogi would love to go to a home with a good sized section and the capacity to walk him daily. If you are interested in learning more about this young lad, please contact us on 06 366 0999.

I really do appreciate it! 💕
Just one favor to ask, if you can remind them to make sure they have in hand their vaccination records for the dog?!

I’ve just had a lovely lady on the phone urgently needing a spot for her dog tomorrow, but as she’s only had her dog for a couple of months she never thought to chase up the vaccination records from the previous owner or their vet.
I’m hoping she can track the vet down for them to email me a copy of their the records, but she’s cutting it fine.
I hate letting people down, I feel so bad.
Even tho vaccinations are no guarantee that everything and everyone will be fine, if I were to accept an unvaccinated dog and someone gets whatever illness, I’m the one that will be blamed.

For existing clients, please remember to bring in your updated vaccination records after each vaccination.
