Skye looking rather rotund 🙈
She's due 14th of Jan but I have a feeling she's going to be a bit early as she's already got a small udder developing.
She's been crossed with Galaxy Gold Rush and I'm excited to see what will come out ❤️

Queenie out for a hack today. Shes wasn't the biggest fan of the waves, but to be fair neither am I 😂 but loved the stream and the beach dunes. She's really coming into her own now, and being a pleasure to ride.

My perfect pony strikes again🥰 Ivy jumping her socks off for me at Opotiki show. On the first day we got a clear 1m and 1 rider rail in the 1.10. She was jumping so class, and was very forgiving all weekend. The second day we did just the 1.05 where we got the lightest rail, and then I pulled out of the double and reaproached as I didn't like my stride, but she was so good! A fabulous last show of the year for us❤️

Ace gets the award for biggest improvement over the show😂
From being eliminated on the first day unable to make it past fence 6 to jumping everything not as tidy as I'd like but brave which is a big improvement for him. Lots to work on before our next show, but loving the journey with this boy🥰

Bailey jumping superb at Opotiki for her first stay away show. She did ring 3 on the first day (70 & 80) and jumped very bravely for just a green pole each round where I put her on a horrific stride🙈 She then went into the horse championship in ring 1 on day 2 where she jumped everything first time including the wall.
Absolutely love this pony, she is so honest and easy!

Bailey being a perfect pony for my very novice cousin to have a road hack on. Even had a look in our local book library, and in true Bailey fashion was perfect. The love I have for this pony 😍

Ace also came along to the Dressage Champs.
Getting Reserve Champion behind Queenie,
Super pleased with how he's settling back down when out and about, we've hit our goals in the intro tests getting high 60% and even cracking a 70%! Time to step up to level 1, and I can't wait 🥰

Bailey also came to the Dressage Champs for her first big competition. Incredibly proud of how she progressed over the 2 days, she is going to be the coolest pony!
Reserve Champion and placed in every class, even getting 70% in one of them.

Queenie doing superb over the weekend at Gisborne Dressage Champs.
She improved so well, and is getting so much stronger every ride.
She scored high 60s all weekend even cracking the 70s for a 72% score and Champion overall! I adore doing dressage on this overgrown pony

With being in Matamata for Queenies viewings, we took advantage of being within a short distance of a xc course. Such a beautiful course at Pleastant View Equestrian. Baileys first time ever seeing XC jumps, including drop downs and a water complex. I'm also a very scardycat rider out XC but she gave me so much confidence to jump some 90s!🥰

Ace also came for another dressage practice (trying hard to get more relaxation out and about) and he was superb! No silly kickouts in his canter transitions which is a big win for being out and about. Looking forward to champs 🥰

A little update for Miss Bailey. She did the practice day dressage over the weekend in prep for dressage champs and improved so much over the 2 tests! With sideways rain she coped amazing! So proud of this pony, she will be avialble end of November ❤️

Queenie in her flat lesson on Thursday. She's coming on leaps and bounds every ride! Her leg yields are really coming along as she's learning to coordinate herself.
She will be in Matamata next week for viewings, if I have forgotten to message anyone pm me😊

Bailey having her first jump back in work yesterday.
Very brave despite being extremely green! Lots of schooling and hacking needed but she's got a HUGE ping when she feels like it. I think she may be rather talented once she gets the strength 💪

Aces first A and P show!
We gave the inhand a crack and he was a very good boy placing in every class🥰
And then we went into the jumping with no expectations as he can be very spooky in big environments but he was very brave! In his 80cm he went so well but had an unlucky rub on the last fence to have it down. With his braveness we opted for a late entry in the 90cm which he flew round clear! Super proud and hopefully we can keep this braveness going!

Ivy jumping very well at Gisborne A and P last week. First big show of the season and lots to work on but glad to be getting back out there. We ended the show with doing our first 1.10 of the season together, with 2 rider rails as I was extremely nervous coming into the ring and made some dumb lines🙈 but super easy for her, and I can't wait to practice and hopefully step up again🤞

Queenies first ever dressage test! She was in good form 🥰

How cute is this! Jeff popping round 70cm with a novice 13yrold on him. (This is her first outing and her second ever 70cm course!) He was foot perfect, and very forgiving🥰 I was meant to do the working hunter on him but ran out of time with jumping between horses and their rounds😅Next time!
