Rams in the yards? No problem. You don’t have to worry about touching the stinky f**kers or getting a knee taken out, the kelpies have them sorted.
First content from Kaiwera.. surprisingly, not a drop of rain to been seen in this video 🤯 the dogs are loving having some room to move and being able to work to their strengths.
The pocket rocket on the job 💥 Bee likes things done fast and hard, if somethings going south, she’s the one to send and fix it. Wee story from a couple months back - I had a mob of freshly weaned lambs take off full speed down the road the wrong way, it was about 28 degrees and the end of the day, I had no bike, phone or other dogs so my last hope of getting these little rats back was Bee, so I sent her and told her to hustle. I sat on the side of the road hoping to god she would get to wherever they got to for 5 minutes (these lambs had gone for gold and weren’t slowing down), then I started to see the mob coming back over the hill towards me with Bee behind them. Needless to say, she sat in the trough for a good 10 minutes after that. And that’s just one of the times Bee has saved my ass 😂
Summer fun with the crew ☀️
Good first day back at work after my injury. The doctor told me not to work yet, so of course I follow the orders… I’m not working, the dogs are… that’s what they meant right? 😂

Moa Flats turned the pumps on this time. Almost up to the knees in some spots and still coming down. Haven’t heard a peep from the dogs in their igloos - must be nice and snug not ready to brave outside for awhile. No power since last night, and not looking hopeful for the next day or so. Advice for anyone - don’t move to Moa Flat 😂
When Lizzy’s on the job, she does that and nothing else. She looks for imperfections in a mob, if there’s a foot out of line - she’s onto it. She has eyes like a hawk and nothing can escape them 💣
Couple days of fighting bulls for Lou 👌 she absolutely lives for it.
✨ Lou & Karmala Lizzy ✨
These two beauties are both born and breed in Australia. Both bitches serve different purposes in our day to day work.
Lou has developed into being the most versatile bitch we have - if you need cattle hustled, she’s your girl and if you need a steady, pressure-less hand on the sheep, she’s still your girl. Don’t let her appearance fool you, although she looks sweet, the cattle would have something different to say. She is able to adapt to anything you need, slow, fast, cattle or sheep, she does it without any thought - she knows how the job needs done. Lou also has a great personality to go with her work ethic, she’s definitely one of a kind and makes you laugh through out the day - whether it’s because she’s trying to have races with the others in the morning before work even starts or her happy growl when she gets a pat. You could say Lou is our number 1, but don’t tell the others, we try not play favourites around here 🤫
Lizzy was brought over with her brother, Laddy, from Karmala Kelpies just over a year ago by my dad, Wayne Miller. Although she is still young, Lizzy has always showed her promise and intent and has turned into a valuable member of the team. Her strong eye is one of her biggest assets, she is always watching for the slightest imperfection in a mob and will fix it, even before it fails - there isn’t a sheep that can evade her vision. You can guarantee Lizzy is always hitting the head, no matter the mob size, she’ll always be right on the other side looking straight back at you. The potential at her age is massive. Lizzy isn’t quite of our preferred breeding age YET, so keep your eyes peeled in the next coming months - her pups are ones you don’t want to miss ⭐️
