Hi Team!

I’ve been having some issues with not receiving imessages lately and I’ve just realised that they have all been going to my old phone that is now my sons phone!

So there are some people who I have either messaged and not responded to (due to not receiving their iMessage reply) OR people who have messaged me and I’ve not replied as I’ve not received the message to my phone!

I am VERY sorry if you have messaged me and I have not replied to you! I have definitely NOT been ignoring you or intending to be rude on any way! I’ve just not been able to receive iMessages!

I will endeavour to find out why this is happening and have the issue sorted. In the interim, if you have been trying to contact me or I appear to being ghosting you by not replying to a conversation, please just give me a call or message on the page as it will be that I haven’t had the message come through.

Hi Team.

Just a friendly reminder to give your pups an opportunity to go to the toilet before you bring them to the salon.

It’s not nice for pups to be busting for the 🚽 to the point they have to 💩 or p*e on the floor! And it’s obvious when they go the second their owners leave that they haven’t been put out to go to the bathroom!

It makes them anxious and even more so if they are trying to hold it while being groomed! It’s stressful for them and unfortunately I am not a 🐶 psychic!…. I wish 😆

Price List August 2023

Please note that prices are a GUIDE only, for example:
If a medium dog that comes in 12 weekly doesn’t take any extra time as an 8-9 weekly medium size does, then the lower price will be charged. Prices are set to the individual dog, their coat type/ length and time required to groom.
If you have any questions please just reach out and I’ll happily speak to you about this.

I understand some medium size breed owners will see a slightly higher jump in pricing, however, this is due to the fact that I haven’t been charging for the size difference between a “small sized medium” and a “large size medium” to which, there is a vast difference between time, products and handing. Because of this I have been undercharging in comparison to other local groomers.

These price changes are ONLY to bring us INLINE with what other groomers producing the same quality of work are charging. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and after speaking with other groomers, I have realised that I have been undercharging for my work.
So for those who are affected by the pricing restructure, PLEASE rest assured that your pricing will be the same as what you would pay for the same quality of groom with other local groomers.
