Had an awesome day at WEC show hunter winter series on Sunday with Annie and River, both horses did awesome coming away with 2 ribbons each!
Annie took me flying in the 90cm and got 3rd in both classes!
River was awesome and got 5th in both classes!
Was super awesome to be out again about a year since both of them have been out. Annie turns 23 next month I love being able to still ride her and have her so happy at this age! 🥰🥰

How cute is little guji, she got her first clip the other day so she’ll be a bit cooler as the weather warms up, her coat is so long! 🥰

Here’s a little update for everyone new to my page!
I’m Caitlin,
I live and breathe horses, I have been riding since I was 3, I’m now 19. I have 5 of my own horses.
Annie is a 23yr old 16.2h Hanoverian, I competed her to level 6 dressage and did quite a bit of jumping with her, since then she has mostly retired from competition apart from the odd outing! She’s now teaching a few kids the ropes too!
Liberté is a 6yr old 16.3h Lusitano who I plan to take to high level dressage, right now she is learning some fancy moves and starting to jump as well!
Sassy is a 11yr old 16h Warmblood/ Thoroughbred, she has done some jumping pre- me getting her and I hope to compete her in the future, right now she’s hanging out at home and improving our jumping.
River is a 12yr old 14.2h Connemara pony,
I have done a lot of competition on river, showhunter to 90cm, level 3 dressage, medium level working equitation and he’s hunted. River is now having fun at home teaching my boyfriend to ride and doing the odd competition.
And little Guji is a 20yr old 13.1h Arab/ English riding pony who was my second pony, she now keeps everyone company at home!

I have been running Spellman Equestrian for about a year and a half now full time, but have been teaching and schooling horses for about 5 years.
I work with a lot of different horses, most of my work right is schooling horses and working with a few off the track TBs, but I will ride pretty much anything put infront of me.
I work through pretty much everything with my clients from trimming and bodywork to the riding and gear fitting, I firmly believe all horses need bodywork before anything else.
I am training in ConTact C.A.R.E at student practitioner and have been for the last 1.5 years, also I have been bare foot trimming my horses for the last 3-4 years, I have also started my equitation science diploma last year but have been training in this system for about 10 years. I also have a lot of experience working with difficult horses and ponies e.g. (bucking, rearing, bolting)

Had an awesome afternoon at the WEC dressage with Junior getting his first ribbon! This little man has come such a long way in such a short time. I absolutely love riding him! Thank you Kathie for trusting me with your gorgeous boy 🥰
