During Carevets dental month, we really want to reiterate the importance of dental hygiene. One way to ensure you are giving your dog the best chance of a healthy mouth is to regularly brush their teeth. This can be a challenging task which is why we've created an easy-to-follow tutorial below 👇👇

If your dog is older, don't worry; it's never too late to start! Take it slow, be patient, and allow your pup to get comfortable with the toothbrush and toothpaste before starting the brushing process.
🦷 Use dog-specific toothpaste: Never use human toothpaste, as it contains ingredients that can be harmful to dogs. Instead, invest in a dog-specific toothpaste like the one in the video created by our friends at Virbac!
