Caught in the Act: Shadow's Mega-Yawn! 😺

This brave little boy has been hanging out with us for a bit after a tail mishap, but clearly, he's not too stressed about it - Look at that impressive yawn!

He might have lost his tail, but he's certainly keeping his sense of humour!

We're happy to report that despite his recent "tail-end troubles," Shadow is recovering well and clearly feeling comfortable enough for some serious stretching. Who knew medical care could be so exhausting?

Tail-wagging Tales from The Vet House! 🐾

Willow, a brave little trooper, decided it was time to bid farewell to her troublesome a**l glands 👋 She strutted into surgery like a doggy diva and came out even more fabulous! Now she's rocking the recovery with style 😎

Meanwhile, Shelby's visit consisted of a state-of-the-art abdominal ultrasound, lounging like a superstar while we got a peek at her insides 😇

These two lovely ladies have been absolute champs, charming our entire staff with their wagging tails and wet noses 🏆

Remember folks, a trip to the vet doesn't have to be ruff! Just ask Willow and Shelby - they're living proof that with the right attitude (and maybe a few extra treats), even surgery and ultrasounds can be a walk in the park.

🐾 Let's Talk Leptospirosis! 🌧️💧

Hey, pet parents! Did you know that your dog could be at risk for a sneaky little disease called leptospirosis? 😲🐶

🚨 We've been treating a positive Lepto case over the last fortnight. This is a real reminder that it can happen to any pup 😔

Leptospirosis is caused by bacteria that love to hang out in muddy puddles and stagnant water. 🌊🐾 But don’t worry - with a little knowledge and the right vaccination, we can keep those tails wagging and those noses sniffing safely! 🐕✨

Here’s the scoop:
What is it? A serious but preventable disease that can affect both pets and humans.
How do pets get it? Through contact with contaminated water or urine from infected animals (yikes!), most commonly rats.

How can we protect them? Vaccination is key! 💉❤️
