Holiday hours reminder!

We will be closed from tomorrow (Christmas day) and will reopen on January 6th.
Our Pet Doctors Tristram St clinic will be open every day except for Christmas & New years day. Please head to their website for opening hours.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing clients for your support throughout the year.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved clinic cat, Chad. As his health and quality of life declined, we made the difficult but compassionate decision to put him to sleep, ensuring he would not suffer and he could rest peacefully.

We know his impact extended far beyond our clinic walls. He was cherished by current and former staff, clients, students & the wider Dinsdale community. He was well known for his love of pats, playful antics and his infamous hangry attitude at feeding times. He was an integral part of our clinic family, and we know he will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for everyone's empathy and kindness during this time.

What should you do if you find a baby bird or fledgling in need of help? 🐣

We are well and truly into spring (almost summer!) and baby bird season is in full swing. Young birds make easy prey for cats and dogs. Or you may come upon uninjured youngsters that look like they ought to still be in a nest.

The SPCA have created this great flow diagram to help in making the best decisions when you encounter a baby bird.
