This months nice dog is… QUINN.
Quinn wasn’t too keen on following Maggie to his new kennel, so Maggie decided the only way forward was to pick him up and carry him like a baby. He didn’t seem to mind.
This weeks naughty dog is… VIDA.
When we arrived this morning we checked on Vida who had been sure to absolutely annihilate her bed. How can you be mad at that sweet face though…

Did you know that Fox Terriers are very clever and can get bored easily if you don’t provide them with entertainment? They are very outgoing and curious in nature so you should always keep them in a securely fenced yard.
Unfortunately for Jed’s owners, no yard can keep him contained!

🐶MEET THE TEAM MONDAY🐶
This is one of our school aged kennel attendants Maggie. Maggie is in year 13 this year and has been working for us for the past four years. She loves to interact with both the dogs and the cats! Outside of work she is a passionate animal lover, an artist, and loves to play hockey.

😇ST GEORGES KENNELS NAUGHTY AND NIFE EOT OF THE WEEK😈
This weeks nice dog is… JOCK.
Jock was very helpful making sure that we did all the washing correctly. He was a great little cheerleader to keep going even when we thought we would never conquer washing mountain.
This weeks naughty dog is… GORDON.
Gordon rebelled against being put in a crate overnight in the only way he knew how. To absolutely destroy a bed. Oh Gordon, you are lucky we love you.

🐶MEET THE TEAM MONDAY🐶
This is one of our school aged kennel attendants Bri. Bri is 17 years old and has been working for us since 2020. Bri loves meeting all the different dogs that come in and finds it interesting learning all their different personalities. She never hesitates to give the little ones many cuddles.
Outside of the kennels Bri loves to dance and sing, both on and off stage. Bri also works for a clothing shop in Havelock North called Fortify.

The first nice dog for 2024 is… PIPPA.
Cute little Pippa had a sleep in her bed in the office next to Hannah. She made a very good assistant. She provided many cute cuddles.
The first naughty dog for 2024 is… ECHO.
Echo managed to steal her neighbours bed, and completely shred it. Thanks echo, we love cleaning up ripped up beds…

We have been asked by one of our clients to sell two 9 month old bichon cross puppies on their behalf. These two are absolutely adorable and super friendly. Dad is pure bichon and mum is a bichon cross. These cute boys are available now for $500 each. Please get in touch if you are interested.

This weeks nice dog is… LILI.
Lili was very obliging to the extra cuddles we requested her for. She’s so big now it’s hard to believe that she hasn’t finished growing yet! Love you Lili!
This weeks naughty dog is… LUNA.
Luna was caught attempting to rip her bed to pieces. Thankfully this bed is super durable and is withstanding her efforts to destroy it.

😇ST GEORGES KENNELS NAUGHTY AND NICE DOG OF THE WEEK😈
This weeks nice dog is… GORDON.
Gordon was a good boy this week, because he played quietly with his cake toy that Hannah had bought for the dogs. I think he quite appreciates when she brings the toys out!
This weeks naughty dog is… DAISY.
Daisy constantly jumps the fence in our small dog area so that she can get into the office to get our attention. She does give the best cuddles though so I guess it’s worth it.

This week we also have a NAUGHTY CAT…JETSON.
Jetson took it upon himself to open another cats food bag. That look of guilt totally gave him away, as well as avoiding Maggie when she questioned him…

This weeks nice dog is… KANE.
Kane knew the best way to cool down on a hot morning. Take advantage of our hose while cleaning! Turns out he loves water.
This weeks naughty dog is… JED.
Yes. Jed was our naughty dog a few weeks back but he just deserved the naughty spot this week. Jed spent the afternoon trying to get in through a closed door. Instead of running around playing with the other dogs, he was determined he was going to get inside one way or another!

Coco was very determined to help bri add extra blankets to her bed, and always has a smile on her face whenever we see her. She gets along with everyone and is just such a friendly happy pup.

Billy decided he would take down our clean washing that was hung up for us and run off with it. Thanks Billy, we really appreciate it…

Dante is a very well behaved boy, who calmly waits at the door for his dad to pick him up from daycare. We love having Dante here, he gives the best kisses and cuddles!
This weeks naughty dog is… REX.
Rex has decided that he must attempt to swim in his water bowl, completely covering his kennel in water. He clearly doesn’t see this as a bad thing though! Just look at that cheeky face!
