Eddie has today broken the official Bernese Mountain Dog land speed record!!!
He has smashed the previous record of 7kph (set by Grindel who heard a food bowl) by a whopping 0.3!

Nelson showing how leadership works again.
This group has 4 other young boys, 3 of them very high energy. All of them great dogs, but its easy for play to stray into chaos. Watch how Nelson identifies that Elliot is about to take things too far and that all of the other boys are also getting a bit too excitable. He singles Elliot out, isolates his focus from the influence of the others and subtly calms him down. Toward the end, he sees another dog is also raising the game and cuts them off from each other. Within 30 seconds he turns things down from an 8 to a 1. No violence, no threats, just strength of leadership. He did this repeatedly for the duration of the walk, just keeping the youngsters in check and allowing the entire pack to have fun safely.
Social animals do not thrive following chaotic leadership!

Charity book update!
