An update on beautiful Bob (Phoenician Sterling) ❤️ he was purchased from Lynaire Cottle as a rising 2 year old, then broken in and produced by me, he was sold as a 6 year old after winning National, HOY and dressage series titles with us, and has carried on his amazing ways!

‘I have attached some photos of Bob at the North Island Secondary Schools 2 Day Event at Taupo.
He competed in the 80cm class with my youngest daughter Culley.’

While at mums for Mother’s Day lunch, I was looking through old photos and came across this one, this is French Etiquette (Sprite) that my mum bought off the track while pregnant with me!
He was the pregnant emotional purchase as she felt sorry for him, mum qualified him for Horse of the Year (which was then held in Auckland) and Natasha Otto competed him there for mum as she was then pregnant with my younger sister, were he won Park Hack of the Year & the Gee Whizz!
After competing a couple of seasons under Natasha while mum had young kids, she fell in love with him and purchased him, and what a successful Park Hack he was!! 🏆

Miss 🦄 Quinn, she’s enjoyed a nice big break after HOY, and is ticking along, I was hoping to compete her at a dressage comp next weekend, but I’m unable to ride until I get some stitches removed next week from a surgery, so we will attend the next one fingers crossed!
We are aiming towards doing a lot more dressage comps ❤️

Atherson Exceptional (sold as a foal) competed at the Central Districts Foal & Youngstock show on the weekend, to bring home Champion Welsh Partbred and then Supreme Champion Part bred! 🏆

This stunning 3 year old is for sale to an approved home, she has had great success at very limited outings, she will mature 128cm, and is ready to be educated under saddle and campaigned in the novice classes next season!

A successful show pony winning many wides, he is trained to Level 4 in Dressage, and he loves his job and being kept busy. He has jumped but this is not his current owner’s focus. Wee Piper (Atherson Royalties) is taking to working life like a duck to water, she has been mouthed and can lunge and long rein beautifully. She is the sweetest 3 year old, and I can’t wait for her to come out next season.
My daughters keep asking to ride her, not understanding she isn’t actually broken in 😅 so they enjoy sitting on her in the yards instead!

The next new face to make her debut next season will be Piper! (Atherson Royalties) she is a 3 year old, and has enjoyed just being a pony on turn out paddocks for her baby years. She’s a favourite around here, and has super bloodlines, she is by- South Wind Just Ribbons (Langtree Just So) out of- Langtree Silk Ribbons (imp Aus) she is a double cross of Fairley Temptation (uk) ❤️
She has such a dainty face, by far the tiniest I’ve seen (she’s 12.2) that she has a miniature bridle on the second to the tightest hole!! As she is currently being mouthed, let me know any recommendations for teeny tiny show bridles 🤞🏻

Atherson Reservation (Chase) was awarded Prelim pony of the year!!!
This is incredible for this super 5 year old, he is in his first season competing and this was only his 4th ever show ❤️🏆
He won all of his dressage tests with brilliant scores, he is owned and produced by Sharlene Royal and beautifully competed by Piper Crake

Chase is out of our beautiful Quinn (Atherson Quality) and was sold as a yearling, it was so lovely to reunite them yesterday!

Thank you so much to the people that helped at Horse of the Year! It was a huge effort getting here for the day with the kids in tow, and me being so sick this week 😮‍💨
Quinn came 🥈 in the rising star park hack class, then she was 5th in the title class of beautiful horses.

Huge thank you to Vicki Timpson for being top kid wrangler, Paula Glasgow and Ken Uren for all of your help getting me out to the ring and ringside! Hugely appreciated!!
Quinn has had an incredible first season, and is now having a very well deserved holiday.
