As a Veterinary Nurse I used to get so sick of the pathetic excuses people used to give for getting rid of their pet!!!! It make my blood boil!!! If you can't commit to a pet for LIFE, don't get one its that simple!!!!

I got my dog when I was just 19 years old and a single mother of 1.
I kept my dog.
I kept my dog even though I moved into an apartment and had to pay a $500 pet fee.
I kept my dog when my boyfriend and I broke up and he kept the apartment even though my new place didn't allow dogs.
I kept my dog when I ultimately had to move back in with my parents and she also was not allowed there.
I kept my dog when I had my second child. I kept my dog when his father put all of us through hell and none of us had anywhere to go.
I kept my dog when I had a penny to my name and we all ate nothing but buttered noodles for dinner.
Ten years later I STILL have my dog because she is the very start of the huge family that we now have.
Even though she's getting slow, eating less and turning grey I STILL HAVE MY DOG. I'm tired of hearing and reading about posts that say "getting rid of them because they don't love my new puppy" or "I want a new dog".
Commitment is commitment.

Rescuers are Angels ❤❤❤

All the little cat spirits were crossing the rainbow bridge when one of them looked back and saw some cats' souls laying on the other side of the bridge, not moving.
“Who are they?” he asked the cat next to him.
“Oh, don’t you know they are the souls who had no owner in life and knew no love like we did."
“So what are they laying there for?” he asked “Why don’t they cross over like us?”
“They can’t.” replied his new friend “Only pets with owners can cross."
Just then all the souls on the other side of the bridge sat up and looked down the road.
"What’s happening?" asked the little cat. “Watch!” replied his friend.
Whereupon a woman was seen walking towards the bridge. She looked to her left and then to her right then opened her arms wide and all the patiently waiting souls got up and went to her.
She knelt and touched each and every spirit in turn.
They then all proceeded to cross the bridge together.
“Who is that?” he asked his friend.
“That is someone special.” replied his friend “She is a rescuer."

'Let The Dogs Out' - Dog walking and in home pet sitting service for dogs, cats, horses and pet farm animals.

I am a retired Veterinary Nurse of 14 years, offering my services for dog walking and in house pet sitting. I also offer forest/beach walks for groups of dogs, these range from 2-5km walks.

I offer an alternative to boarding catteries and dog kennels, for those pets/owners who find this too stressful.
