Limiting beliefs can really interfere with a rider’s growth trajectory at any level. The article below outlines some of the limiting beliefs riders face and how to turn them on their heads to instill confidence. This is especially important for our riders stepping up a level this term!

‘’To sustain motivation, effort and confidence throughout the many years it takes to achieve high-performance in equestrian sport, certain characteristics such as perseverance, self-awareness, and a desire to keep learning are essential.’’

Right then you lot… this cup was left on the fence at the arena, took up residence in the tackroom for a while, then somehow migrated to the house (um.. Barkley…) and it’s not ours. It’s clearly been on a journey, but we’re determined to find it’s worried owner.

Welcome to 2024!

Thank you to all our clients for your patience and support whilst we took a few weeks holiday. Steve and I feel recharged and ready to take on 2024 💪

Current students, and anyone who has submitted an application in the last few weeks, please keep an eye on your emails as I put together the Term 1 2024 Roll. We will now be adding Tuesdays to the timetable with Abby also, which is very exciting.
