Plus I have Miniature Horse's 🥰
I have always been horse mad, and I realised fish were a 'instead of horses ' now I have horses again I have lost interest in the fish.
As for the jewelry, I have always enjoyed crafting things. And they don't need attention every day lol
That and I'm hoping to have a new job soon and something has to give. I just don't have time for everything plus working ❤️

I think the time has come for the end of Guppy Nutty.

Next week when my exams are over I'm going to start posting up breeding groups of guppies for sale.

They will be groups of 30 guppies. 10 males 20 females. $160

Or 4 males and 16 females $80

Or groups of male only in groups of 20. $80

Yes I can courier, North Island $35 for a box big enough to hold 30 max.
South Island please contact The Fish Room Talk to Cam he might be interested in getting them down for people.
Prefer pick up, in Kawerau. No I won't drop to Rotorua or Tauranga you will have to drive or courier.

No holds for anyone. FIFS, No haggling on price please.

All has to go by end of March. There are zillions of babies out in the ponds. So towards end of February I will be selling off fry too.

Various plants will be available too in the coming weeks.

It's water lily time of year, they are all growing new leaves and some even have buds on them already.
I'll be selling these for $35 each. Unpotted, I can post them via NZ post.

I have made a huge move in the last couple of weeks. I will no longer be selling fish to anyone other than directly to pet shops.
If you are wanting any fish you see on my page, talk to your local pet shop. Give them my FB page details so they can order directly for you 😊
This hasn't been a easy decision. But it's exciting to see where the fish room goes from here.

What vitamins do fish need?

Vitamin B - Complex - from greens, eggs, and fish. Offers a variety of health benefits including proper growth, function of the nervous system, digestion of protein, and protection of the slime coat.
Vitamin C - from greens, algae, and fish eggs. Plays an essential role in disease prevention, healing, digestion, as well as proper formation of the skeleton
Vitamin D - from snails, shrimps, and earthworms. Necessary for calcium and phosphorus metabolization, which aids in normal development of bones and scales
Vitamin K - from water fleas, greens, and liver. Aids in blood coagulation.

Tip of the Day: Use Vitamin C to neutralize Chlorine when doing water changes. A lot safer to have Vit C in your house than commercially sold chemicals that are dangerous to your kids if they were to drink it. I use Healtheries Boost Immunity, fizzy tablets.

to do a water change on a small tank, make yourself a glass of water with the Boost Immunity, slurp a bit in the tank as you do the water change and drink the rest yourself. Both you and your fish will feel better for it.

Golden Japanese Blues, and Golden Tiger Endlers.
Very hard to photograph. They are either irridecent light blue body's or golden yellow. This group have swords or scissortails

One of the old boys. When you get young guppies from me, they often have smaller tails, it takes up to 8 months for their tails to grow this big. But they only live for a year to 18 months normally. This guy is nearly 2 years old. And father to most of my red males.
Just know they will grow. I sell younger so you can enjoy them longer 🙂

I find sitting and watching my fish very relaxing. I also got into fish keeping because I love colour genetics. So guppies leaves so much scope to play with genetics.

I am based in Kawerau, Bay of Plenty.
Travelling to Whakatane Monday -Thursdays. And fortnightly travel to Rotorua, some times to Cambridge, Te Awamutu.
Courier overnight for orders over $80 (courier costs around $30-40) North Island non rural only.
