I come to you! 🐾 I am a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse offering a pet care service to the Kerikeri & Waipapa area. I provide home visits for:- pet minding, nail trims, dog walking and feline grooming. I have worked in vet clinics for over thirty years in the Auckland area. Two of those clinics were feline only vet clinics. I have also managed three catteries that were attached to the

vet clinics I worked at. In Auckland and Helensville where I lived for most of my life, I have run a pet minding and cat grooming service. For many years, I've enjoyed owning and breeding Boxer dogs. My second Boxer child's name was "Scarlet Runner," who I have named my business after. I have a genuine love of animals and enjoy working with them every day.

Couldn't help but show off "Sonny" who was one of the family in Ramsgate where I stayed recently during my UK holiday. Such a sweet boy & his sister was just as stunning too.... It was an absolute treat to catch up with Chris & everyone else there after such a very long time. I loved everything this picturesque seaside town had to offer but especially the local music scene & the heat-wave! Thanks for having me. Might have to get away every year in our Winter from now on for a couple of weeks. 🚀🏖

Back into home visits for my customers again. Glad Spring's now just around the corner for us! 🐾

The Cocker Spaniel

This extremely delicious breed of dog originated from Spain and was used as a hunting dog. They are extremely prey driven dogs thanks to their incredible sense of smell. They make great sniffers!
Some were later imported into England as far back as the 14th century..... Cocker Spaniels are medium sized, well balanced, intelligent & sweet natured dogs. They are a high energy breed & need to have lots of mental stimulation & the ability to run. Their coats can be high maintenance with constant brushing, combing, clipping & washing needed on a regular basis.... So if you're thinking of letting one into your family, take the time to look into what their needs are 1st.

Catching up with this super affectionate & delightful stripey boy & the rest of his feline family is always such a joy, when Mum & Dad are away. I think he'd almost lost an eye at one stage amongst other things, but thanks to his amazing Mum & Dad he's never looked back 🐈
