We introduced handsome Harley James today to our mini bigs intro squad 😍 HJ has just moved into town and was previously walked with a company in Auckland so he’s very well versed in the style of service and took to it like a duck to water (as seen quite literally 😂). Athena’s second session and she was great too, the pair had a great time together. I also invited in my own boys Dax and Church for more socialising who somehow evaded every photo except for the last in this album 🤣

Another great day with this awesome crew 🥰 I shuffled Izzy & Frankie to Tuesdays as I knew they’d have a blast with this group and wasn’t disappointed! Am really pleased with Lulu too who’s learning how to slow down her brain a bit more with social interactions, learning to read body language for who wants to play and who would rather not at that time. She’s coming along so fast and I’m really proud of her 🐾

Slightly cooler day today and the dogs loved it! These are all dogs that have attended at least twice before and it’s so nice seeing them start to really settle in with each other and make friendships. This is one of the main reasons I do fixed attendance groups (as opposed to any casual bookings) as the relationships and trust the dogs gain with one another only comes from that shared time and experience together. It’s a really special thing to watch!

No Wednesday photos today sorry, my beautiful mama Macie decided to welcome her litter 5 days early throughout the night! We thought we were expecting another puppy on top of the ones she’d already birthed so headed into our friends at Phoenix to get an xray. Thankfully no retained puppy but it meant I had to cancel today’s Day Camp to make sure so apologies to my amazing Wednesday clients and I appreciate you all for your patience 🙏❤️😊🐾

Beautiful day with these cuties! Don’t know what my phone was doing as the photos all turned out a bit dark today sorry. They all had fun playing and swimming. Super pleased how comfortable everyone is getting with one another now we’re at least a few sessions in for most of them - we start to see a lot more play when they get to know each other better 🥰

Our lovely little Waitangi Day group had a blast today soaking up the sun and bathing in the stream 🥰

Marley’s second time today and she did amazing (she was very fearful when she started last time) which was so good to see as sometimes dogs can go back to square one, but she remembered everything and made great progress and played with Kai in the water❤️

Betsy’s second time too but she’s a seasoned pro 🤣

We welcomed Athena the husky x shepherd to our “bigs” Wednesday crew today and what a sweetie! Soo social and cuddly, her mum has done amazing with her training she was such a pleasure to have join 🥰 The dogs all had a blast in the adventure park then loved a tummy level dip in the stream to cool down 💦🐾

I absolutely adore this mini Wednesday crew 🥹 We welcomed Nui today the Dachshund in the harness and he walked up quickly and had a blast with his new mates! It was such a hot one so we ended up at the stream before drop offs - the first time for the smalls group as I didn’t know how they’d find it but they LOVED it! Nui, Tip and Odie even swimming 🐾💦

What a great day! We welcomed Snoop the oodle and Rosa the retriever today and they both fitted in perfectly 😍 We had a blast at the adventure park then headed down to the stream to cool down before drop offs. Really proud of how well all the dogs do and love seeing their tired happy faces at the end of the day 🐾

Such a great group to end the week!

We welcomed gorgeous Betsy the oodle and stunning Marley the Staffy mix 😍

Betsy used to attend a pack walk service in another area before her owners moved to Kerikeri so she effortlessly joined the group with grace and confidence! Such a pleasure to have you join, Betsy 🥰

Marley is a recent SPCA adoptee who started out the session very nervous and tail tucked. I was careful to make the other dogs gave her space/not approach her directly so she wasn’t flooded and we moved calmly as a group around the yard until she chose in her own time how much she wanted to interact. In 10 years of doing this type of service I’ve not until today seen such a transformation, going from extremely nervous/flight mode for a solid 20 minutes to enthusiastically playing with a high tail by the end of the session. Go Marley! She has a really lovely sweet temperament, she just needs to learn to trust that I’ve got her back and will vouch for/protect her until she’s ready in her own time. I started my Auckland service almost exclusively with nervous, reactive and aggressive dogs back in 2015 and it’s so lovely to be able to still use those skills to help beautiful dogs like Marls ❤️

I love seeing the click moment when dogs come for their second visit and the realise where they are! These two cuties had zero hesitation and went straight into adventure mode 🌿

Little dog Wednesdays are a hit! We welcomed 3 stunning new faces today - Tama the miniature Schnauzer, Odie the Shih tzu x Maltese and Charlie the sweet shy terrier ❤️

All were thrilled to explore their new playground and socialise with each other. Wee Odie is just the life of the party, Tama oozes confidence and struts around being the man and Charlie did so well coming out of his shell, tail even untucking and at some points coming up confidence as he relaxed and enjoyed himself 🐾

Just can’t believe what a group of sweet hearts this lot is 🥹

Absolutely stunning day and these lucky Vista Canines made the best of it!

We welcomed Monty the huge smoochy man mixed breed who is so lovely, social and well mannered it was a pleasure having him start in our Tuesdays crew ❤️

The dogs had a blast playing and socialising in the HQ yard then we hit the stream to cool off before heading back in for drop offs 🐾

We had so much fun today wrapping up the end of the Day Camp week with these cuties! We welcomed Timmy the golden retriever who is such a honey 💛

The dogs had a blast socialising, playing and splashing 💦 I will also never get over how cute Rusty looks swimming 🥰 He’s like a little otter!

Oh my gosh - check out our adorable first smalls Wednesday group 🥹 Tip the mini dachshund came out of his shell so well and Savvy + Alfie the adorable duo absolutely loved exploring! Effy and Sprite our own resident doxies even made an appearance to say hi 😊
