An exciting parcel of goodies has just arrived from super saddler Kerry. Most are customer orders, but we can take orders. The leather adjustable jod clips are for sale. Details:

-Dark brown anatomical girth with buckle covers. Practical yet very classy.
-Black patent leather dressage number holders.
-Dark brown leather backed half pad. These don’t slip and come with a fine 1” rolled edge.
-Dark brown saddle hunter double headstall, with padded and stitched crank noseband. (Note the rest of this bridle/reins have already been made and sent)
-Black All in One chain guard, and black and 2 x pr of dark brown jod clips ($65.00 pr)
-Black curb reins X 2 pr. Made slightly wider as ordered for dressage use.

The show season is here :). It’s so exciting that another season of competition is upon us. Featured is a made to measure shirt about to wing its way to Gisborne to be debuted at Gizzy show. This shirt features our collar with red for maximum impact up close and at a distance. Sleeveless white body, (so lovely and cool to wear). Prices for shirts run from $150.00 plus post. All our products are very proudly made in NZ - keeping NZers working! And as such we can offer to much variety and made to measure options.

An exciting parcel arrived today! Some lovely leather goodies from our super Saddler Kerry. Many of of these items are orders but some are available for sale or orders can be taken, the next parcel from Kerry will arrive before the season begins: Details on photos:
First Photo-
-black full size Numnah. Made to measure.
-dark brown half pad. Both leather backed to stop slipping and also with a 1” rolled edge.

Second photo-
-Patent leather show whips in dark brown and black. These not only look pretty but they are also very efficient.
-Range of adjustable leather jod clips in plain leather - dark brown and black, and one pair in dark brown patent leather

Third photo-
-Dark brown All in one Chain guard and matching lip strap
-Completely correct stitched turnout number holder.
-Padded and stitched hunter brow band and Poll relief piece

-Our amazing soft padded reins with stoppers. I’ve been riding in reins like this for well over 20 years (still original reins). They are so soft, but so strong, you often forget you are holding reins. Dark brown top rein, with ordinary curb rein, and the cutest little pair in black as well.

Bridle bags. We have been having lots of fun lately coming up with various options for our deluxe bridle bags. Here's some pics, some are sold, but can easily be re done, or variations to what you see. Please note:
-Bridle bags are all made here in NZ (in fact 5 minutes from our office)
-There's no mass production here, so your bridle bag can be completely unique.
-Bridle bags are lined in a quilted/padded fabric to protect expensive bridles and brow band AND they are a big size, so your brow band won't get squashed.
-Prices from $108.00. With option of embroidery/cute sew in patches and cute trim (similar to the pink one)
-Now for a dirty word! Christmas! If family is looking for a gift idea that will last a lifetime, then bridle bags can be a good practical and fun gift.

Tie in tail bags. We have been making these for a while now but I often forget to post about what we can make. Like all things here at GHE, we make to sizes, and in different fabrics for the seasons. Shown below from left to right is as follows:
-Small pony purple summer knit weight tie in tail bag $40.00
-Hack size royal blue waterproof fabric tie in tail bag $50.00 (both + PP).

We have quite a good range of mainly plainer colours to make these up in each fabric. With the option to add some patterned fabrics to the waterproof tail bags for a small extra fee.
