Well that's a wrap for Little Paws for 2024!!!

I am beyond appreciative for the support you have all shown me over the last year and thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of the amazing gifts and cards given to me this holiday season, I absolutely love being close with my clients and it just blew me away how kind and generous so many of you were!

I hope you and your families have an amazing, safe and joyful Christmas and New Year!

Yesterday I was called to help a very old dog I have known for years and used to groom who had become severely matted to the point she couldn't move her body properly as she was so restricted by the matting.

This is why groomers bang on about brushing and grooming your dog, it isn't just about being pretty, their coat really can affect their health!

Don't let your dog get to this point, please get them groomed regularly ❤️🐾

Wow! One whole year today since I started at Little Paws!!! One whole year since I left my cosy full time grooming job behind and took a terrifying leap of faith to be my own boss and my goodness I never could of imagined how incredible that decision was!

Thank you to Nicola Woodward for taking a chance on me and helping me to be where I am today. Thank you to Leanne who trained me in grooming, had faith in me and introduced me to Nicola and started this whole adventure!

Thank you to Troy, the most incredible partner in the world who has supported me in every possible way since day 1, I wouldn't be here without you my love.

Thank to to all of my amazing clients, I am beyond grateful you stuck by me through the change of ownership.

Aurora Velicias is a dynamic and compassionate professional deeply rooted in animal care. Her journey started with a foundation certificate in Animal Care, where she discovered her profound connection with dogs.

🐕‍🦺 Her experience spans from working in kennels to managing the well-being and behaviour of our canine friends. This invaluable experience has given her unique insights into their needs and personalities.

🌟 Under the mentorship of Leanne Kingsbury (Papps), a master groomer and certified trainer at Angels Grooming Academy, Aurora honed her skills in grooming. Completing all four modules up to the advanced level, she has nearly two years of grooming expertise.

🐶 Aurora combines her deep understanding of animal behaviour with her grooming prowess. Her approach is holistic and compassionate, focusing on enhancing the lives of dogs with her skilled and caring hands.

We are so excited to have Aurora on board and can't wait for you all to meet her!

If you haven't already done so, please please please book as many appointments in advance as you can as I am finding it increasingly difficult to find last minute appointments and will not be able to do as many overtime appointments as I have been to fit everyone in next year!
