Hey everyone.

I thought I would put up a message just because so many of you guys have meet Bruce as he was a big part of the salon even tho I retired him a couple of years ago. At the age of 16 years old he became sick with a collapsed tracka and I have had to let him peacefully over the rainbow bridge. This decision was a hard one to let a family member go it was the most humane option for him.

Bruce made many paw friends in the salon and has helped with training new dogs and puppies with there grooming experience. He was playful with everyone once they finished there grooming. Which was the best type of award for dogs that are new to grooming.

He will be missed and was loved through out many people and dogs ❤️ Bruce was such an asset to the business but most of all to my family.

I want to thank the coastal vet service located in kaponga and opunake for their compassion and kindness.

It is crazy to me how quickly time goes by. My daughter bought me a wintec magazine that I had an interview in for furture students about where vet nursings can lead your career . I also had done a class introduction at wintec about dog grooming to. To think back on your career and things that you have achieved through the years is so weird because at the time I was nervous and didn't want to put myself out there. From studying to working to owning your own to being able to work around your family I am so thankful for all the optuntines and persistence to be able to do so. These photos are roughly between 10 to 7 years ago. I know myself and Bruce have grown a few wisdom hairs in the course of the time. 😍😍 This is just a through back of the course of one person's career ❤️

Hello everyone this is Ted and he is in a teddy bear cut 😍😍 check out the before and after.

I would like to thank everyone with their ongoing support.

I am going to take a christmas break and enjoy some family time, the salon will be closed from the 22nd Dec to the 9th of Jan as most of you guys know that Christmas appointments have been booked out since Oct.

🎅A very merry Christmas.🎅

We will be reopening in Feb next year. This will be part time at this stage till Adalyne gets a little bit older hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday and Tuesday. If are wanting an appointment let me know.

Also there is a price change as while I haven't put prices up since opening but unfortunately with the prices raising it is inevitable.
Small dogs will be $70
Med dogs will be $90
Large dogs $150
All prices depend on condition of the dog but will be discussed on arrival. All payment will have to be made via Internet transfer on the day of grooming unless discussed prior. I know it can be a hard spot of some people and more than happy to accommodate where I can.

Hi everyone

This is Adalyne I thought I would do a little post instead of messaging everyone individually. She has finally came and now morning sickness has finally finished 😂.

Bruce has been a great protector of her and absolutely loves her as much as Rob and I do.

Im hoping to get back to the salon once maternity leave has finished. But until then I am absolutely loving being a mum

Goodmorning everyone, I thought I would give abit of an update to where we are at.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to everyone that has gifted the baby gifts and that has been nothing but completely understanding will we go through a big life change.

Seacondly I would like to thank all clients that have aloud me to reshudle appointments as my household has come down with covid and we are isolating hopefully should feel much better by the weekend. I will be reshudling everyone's appointment once my brain isn't so foggy.

As we do come to end of third trimester it is my goal to continue to work till the end or mid of June depending on how the baby goes and how I go as while.

Hi everyone.

There is a few things changing within the salon
And I wanted to communicate with everyone. I would like to say I am sorry that I have been under the reader and haven't been able to answer everyone's phone calls messages and texts. I completely understand how annoying this is. Please beat with me as I am still getting through everyone.

Now I am also excited to let you know that myself and partner are excepting our first child I was diagnosed with an illness where I had a small chance of being able to have a child and I absolutely over the moon with becoming a mum as this is a goal I have wanted for a while.

What this means is that I have had no choice but to cut down on work I'll be honest and having more sick days than healthier ones at this stage it has continued through second termister. This also means that I am taking a lot longer on grooming dogs than what I have been able but unfortunately I have had to put health first.

Now what I am thinking is that groomers around in South taranaki are at full capacity with dogs even with me working full time there where days I would finish work at 10pm and doing 6 day weeks. What I can offer is if there is someone that is wanting to become a groomer I am more than happy to do training where you would learn dog grooming dog behaviour, basic health and I lots more. This offer is negotiable and if it is up your ally please send me a text of message.

Thank you for unstanding thank for everyone's patience with me once again I am sorry that I haven't been a ale to get back to everyone.

Before the year ends I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported my business and a big happy new years to everyone.

There are a few things changing with the new year we are moving the business back to manaia 1256 South Road as the land lord has decided to put the building up for sale.

I will also be rebooking clients in for the new year within a couple of days.

I hope everyone has enjoyed there time with family and friends and have had a well deserved break. We will be opening on the 11th of Jan.

Covid -19 Level 3

Now that we will be moving to Level 3 I will be able to operate with strict rules in place.

🐶 No one is to be allowed in the premises, I will place a crated for you to put your pooch in. Please have them on a coolar and lead on them. Please wear a mask and sign in. Sanitizer available.

🐶 Everyone is to stick to their allocated appointment time, no being early or late.
All dogs are to be collected as soon as they are ready to allow time between customers.

🐶 I will be contacting everyone over the next few days to rebook your pooch in. I will also be opening up after hours to help with the back log of dogs. This includes evenings and weekends until the back log has been completed.

🐶 At this time I will not be taking on new clients until the I have finished the back log of dogs to groom.

🐶 Internet transfer will be preferred.
