We had a fabulous afternoon hosting New Zealand Hanoverian Society here for mare and foal classifications
We proudly presented 3 mares and 4 foals, and came out with 2 premium mares and 3 premium foals 🏆

Over the weekend we waved goodbye to Eclipse ECPH (Etoulon VDL x Corofino II x Ephebe Forever) who has found herself an amazing young rider to continue her ridden career! 👋
We have her daughter Pictionary ECPH who is by Pegase Van’t Ruytershof to continue her family line, as well as her mum Cluedo ECPH 🥰

We wish Eclipse all the best at her new home!

⭐️ Compton ECPH has found the perfect new postcode 🏠

Compton ECPH

EMH 17hh, 2020, bay gelding by Comthago VDL out of Picarla (Pionier x Oldenburg).

Compton has been started under saddle, has jump schooled and hacked extensively. He is genuine and safe to ride. He is well-behaved on the farm by himself or in company. Brave to jump, he shows good technique and is straight and simple to ride. He is green in his flat work but has the basics established and lovely movement at trot.

He has no dirt but is sensitive in nature, can be very ‘busy’ on the ground, and therefore needs a confident handler. Has had his feet done regularly, good to drench, transport, etc.

His sire Comthago VDL (Comme Il Faut – Carthago – Caretino - Constant) is extremely impressive, currently competing successfully at 5* level and recently won silver at the 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.

His dam Picarla (Pionier - Oldenburg) is a career broodmare who combines incredible bloodlines which have resulted in her producing multiple grand prix jumpers overseas prior to her arrival in New Zealand. Her mother Acarla was a phenomenal broodmare who most notably produced Mr Blue. Mr Blue was a World Cup jumper and an Olympic Games mount who also bred many fantastic offspring including one of modern jumping's most popular sires in Zirroco Blue VDL.

Due to a change in family circumstances, we need to reduce numbers so he is priced to move now. As is, where is - currently out of work but available to view/vet.
