Happenings at the yard. Martin has been in his happy place on the digger and has prepared this scruffy bit of land by the stables to create three extra large pens and another hitching rail. Nearly ready for some lime then some more posts, rails and a bit of planting. The pond that has been created will be planted out. It's dry in the summer but take lots of run off in the winter.

Once again this show proved to be a wonderful introduction for new competitors, young horses, and for those stepping up their heights. There were heaps of smiles.

The Main arena is looking smart and ready for our Jump Classic tomorrow. The practice arena also all mowed and rolled ready for everyone. The weather initially looked shocking 10 days ago so we are so pleased its looking ok.

David comes down from Auckland about 4 times a year. He is a very popular coach because along with the enjoyment most people have they also see results.

Can you believe that this is actually Summer!!!
The forecast looks like it will be damp and not particually pleasent on Saturday. We want the day to be enjoyable and we feel showers and southerlies will not be much fun.
Also Martin will not have the opportunity to adequately prepare the arena.

For this reason we have postponed our Jump Classic till the 18th of January. Same time - Same place.

I am sorry if this has put you out or it no longer suits. (especially if the forecast turns out to be wrong!)

Tequilla is the son of Telesun who stood at stud at Panorama until 2017 * Facility hire (arena, cross country and 100s of acres or farmland to ride over.)
